CIMT 2023: EXPERIENCE HSD NEW TECHNOLOGY CONCEPT FIRST-HAND

From 10th to 15th April 2023, HSD will be exhibiting at CIMT in Beijing, the 18th China International Machine Tool Show. The trade fair is a not-to-miss opportunity to experience HSD new technology concept for metalworking first-hand. HSD range of components for metalworking entails a variety of electro spindles, 1-axis and 2-axis heads and rotary tables.

At our stand in Hall W3 stand A021, you can discover our range of electrospindles. Manufactured by the thousand for a large number of applications, our electrospindles for metal machining feature indeed a wide range of power levels and rotation speeds, always guaranteeing excellent reliability. Among them, the ES10Line is designed to be used on vertical machining centres to process components of varying geometry of both small and large batches, and with different types of material: from aluminium to cast iron and advanced materials. In addition, thanks to the variable pre-load on the bearings, the ES10 Line can adapt to suit various machining processes. To meet every possible machining requirement in terms of torque and speed, there are three asynchronous versions: 15kW (entry level), 25kW (high speed) and 30KW (high torque).

The ES10 Line electro spindles are fitted with a shaft kit for minimising machine downtime during maintenance work. ES10 Line is designed to be modular so it can adapt to all our customers' applications and offer a wide choice of optional features: high-pressure cutting fluid via the axis, vibration sensor, sensor for measuring the shaft lengthening, heat probes on the front and/or rear bearings. Furthermore, a shaft locking system can be mounted upon request so that not only milling operations but also lathe work can be carried out.

The modular, flexible ES10 Line is 100% Made in HSD: it takes motors designed in-house, to guarantee top quality and efficiency.
